How often are units serviced in Arizona heat?
Standard service on a long term rental is once a week: pumping, sanitizing and supply restock. High traffic Valley sites and summer job sites are usually moved to twice a week, because heat and volume together are what make a unit unpleasant.
Can you deliver same day in the Phoenix metro?

Do you deliver outside the Phoenix metro?
Yes. Maricopa, Pinal and Gila counties are our daily runs. Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Payson and rural or ranch property are handled case by case based on distance, access and unit availability.
What do you need from me before delivery?
The delivery address or a GPS point, a spot a service truck can reach, your drop off and pickup dates, and a contact who will be on site. If the site is gated, badged or has an escort requirement, tell us up front so the driver is not turned around.
What happens during monsoon season?
Wind and washouts are real risks between June and September. Tell us if your site is exposed and we will talk through placement before the unit goes down, and we keep extra inventory staged for storm response.
Do you work with government agencies?
We are registered in SAM for federal contracting and we are a member of the Portable Sanitation Association International. We handle agency, municipal and disaster response placements alongside private work.
