(“AAWSI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates allamericanwasteservices.com and rents portable toilets, portable restroom trailers, shower trailers and related sanitation equipment across the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you enter in our forms. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, delivery ZIP code or address, rental dates, the rental type and unit options you select, and any notes you add.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages and sections you view, the links and buttons you click, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies.
We do not ask for and do not want you to send Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, bank account numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the forms on this website.
How we use your information
- To price, confirm and schedule your rental, and to deliver, service and pick up equipment
- To respond to quote requests and questions by phone, text or email
- To send service notices related to an active or upcoming rental

Calls, texts and email
When you submit a quote request, you are asking us to contact you about that request. You agree that AAWSI and its dispatch partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded message, SMS text and email, for purposes related to your rental request. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of renting from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message, or by calling us at the number below. We may still contact you about an active rental after you opt out of marketing.
Cookies and advertising technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember form input, measure traffic and understand which advertisements lead to quote requests. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, including conversion tracking and remarketing. These services may set cookies or use device identifiers to recognize your browser across sites.
You can control this in several ways:

This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because no common standard for honoring them has been adopted.

- Dispatch and delivery partners. When a rental is fulfilled by a partner yard or hauler, we share the details needed to deliver, service and pick up your equipment
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our people, our customers or the public
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests and rental records for as long as we need them to serve you, to meet tax, insurance, warranty and legal requirements, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need the information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not knowingly share it for cross context behavioral advertising outside the advertising technologies described above.
To make a request, call us at the number below and tell us what you would like us to do. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
Children
This website is meant for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.
